the security and tracking benefits that pharmacists need, the
mobility for the nurse to access all medications at the bedside, and
integrated barcode verification to reduce medication errors.
MedCenter™
is unique. It combines electronically-controlled physical
access to patient-specific or medication specific storage
containers (including narcotics, PRNs, PCAs, and IV Piggybacks),
eliminates unnecessary trips to the cabinet, provides a detailed
audit trail, and is small enough to roll into the patient's
room. It can be ordered as a standalone product for
immediate deployment, or with add-on functionality for pharmacy
integration and nursing medication administration.
