CEO of Aethon Joins Sabal Medical Board of Directors

 

Daniel Island, South Carolina (September 19, 2008) – Sabal Medical Inc, a privately held company whose products are helping hospitals deliver medications to their patients more safely and efficiently, announced today that Aldo Zini, President and CEO of Aethon, Inc., has joined their board of directors.

Aldo Zini has been at the forefront of the technology revolution in hospital patient safety for more than 15 years.  He is currently President and CEO of Aethon Inc., a robotic engineering company that has developed an innovative automation platform to improve supply chain logistics.  Prior to Aethon, Zini held senior leadership positions in Automated Healthcare, McKesson Automation, and TechRx.  He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters in Public Management (Health System IT) with honors from Carnegie-Mellon.
